Euro Business Center
Amsterdam, HOLLAND
Euro Business Center (EBC), founded in 1965 as the first serviced office in the Netherlands, now has domestic sites in four cities and is internationally linked to business centers around the world, as a member of the World-Wide Business Centres and the Alliance Network.
The current site at Amsterdam is a complex of five houses, all renovated canal houses. The original paintings on ceilings and mantelpieces are still intact, and décorative wallpapers and window sills indicate that the buildings were residential houses in old days. The top feature of EBC is the luxurious atmosphere throughout the interior space, equivalent of a top class hotel.

Though equipped fully with IT, the residential layout leaves the 48 rooms in various sizes ranging from 10 to 50m2. The fee changes accordingly. The central location brings in many customers to "Business Address," their virtual office service. Typical with canal houses are courtyards. All tenants love the well-kept courtyard. A garden party held every one or two months is certainly an opportunity for tenants to get more acquainted with each other.
