Regus D-Office
Amsterdam, HOLLAND
Last year, D-Office opened its sites in three locations in succession-Arena, Bodegraven and Baan. The Netherlands has been slower than other advanced countries in introducing telework and flexible work. On the other hand in the country that sees the growth of 10,000 cars per year, traffic congestion is a serious social problem. Especially, the roads leading to Metropolitan Amsterdam create major congestions every day.
Each D-Office is located in the near suburbs close to a freeway interchange. To travel to the center of the city would take approximately half an hour. It is a new concept for office management - to bring workplace closer to home.
The largest of the three D-Offices is in Arena in the Southeast of Amsterdam, a newly developed area around the soccer stadium. D-Office occupies the first to fifth floors of the building with a total space of 3,600 m2 and approximately 450 workstations. The concept for the interior space is "flexible." The workspace has a 1:1 ratio of open and closed spaces, along with conference rooms, a caféteria, lounge and Internet lounge. A wide variety of spatial organizations can accommodate any requirement of the users.

Members can reserve workstations and conference rooms as needed, by the hour. D-Office is currently open from 8AM until 6PM, with a plan to open 24-7 in the near future.
