All cubicles and private offices are based on a five foot grid, in variations of 5 modules. Any relocation within the company can easily be accomplished with the size changes and space reallocation. The knuckle contains common facilities such as service stations and libraries, and the core has meeting rooms.
As the office has many private spaces, the spaces for communication are very important. The cafeteria and the atrium play such roles, as large meetings and presentations can be held in the cafeteria, and the atrium with natural light are frequently used for informal meetings.
