Regus Paris
Paris, France
The number of business centers has been growing rapidly in Europe and the United States. Over the years, they have been changing from a business that simply provided a rental office space, to a more valuable business that provided a working environment of a leading company with secretarial services and office equipment to meet the changing needs of clients. After opening their first business center near Trafalgar Square in London in 1989, Regus has grown to have multi-national presence in 34 countries with 130 business centers within ten years.
The exterior of the 19th century building Regus Paris occupies had to remain untouched due to the contract with the owner of the building. The interior was completely renovated six years ago to the current modern office. Since the office users are from various countries, all employees are multilingual to provide both cultural and office support. Office users vary from companies targeting a new market, companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, growing companies requiring more office space, to small consulting firms.
Various facilities are provided on seven floors, from the basement to the sixth floor. The reception, bar lounge, and television conference room, equipped with the latest technology, are located on the first floor. Workstations and conference rooms are located in the basement level. 35 rental offices are on the second to sixth floor.
In addition, facilities and services are available to local home office and mobile workers. Touch-down areas are provided for mobile workers, who can also use conference rooms and secretarial services when necessary. Home office workers can use the “Link System” for call forwarding and voicemail services as well as other facilities such as faxes and conference rooms.
