Mario Bellini, the internationally renowned architect
and designer based in Milan, equally successful in each of industrial design,
furniture, interior design and architecture, has relocated his studio office from
a high end shopping district to the old craftsmens quarters in the city.
Four architectural firms including Bellinis purchased 4,500ÜFsite,
with old buildings originally build as a foundry in early 20th century. |

 |
| The Bellini office is largely separated into three sections
of Industrial, Architecture and an office area containing eight private offices.
The existing three storied building was converted into two levels, as the architect
claimed that an architects office should expand in all three dimensions,
for when dealing with small scale of one to many thousands, the architect should
re-capture the design using the large space around him, not only on paper.
Thus tall generous spaces were created. |
